3 days on the trot for patterns now – it’s a really rough time so I thought I’d share my fan made patterns with you as I love combining my video game and stitching hobby.
I put together Orville & Wilbur, two new NPCs from Animal Crossing and have risen to the top of my favourite Animal Crossing characters!
So here is the preview:

What do you think of the Dodo bros?
If you want to request any characters you think are worth having a go at, let me know! I love providing free patterns for all, especially during these tough times.
Today I am bringing you a free Isabelle head shot pattern from Animal Crossing New Horizons!
Enjoy, I’d love to see the pattern if you decide to stitch it, please tag me on Instagram @StitchesInWonderland

Have you been playing Animal Crossing New Horizons? I’ve been playing it exclusively for weeks now!
Today I am experimenting with my WinStitch tool (especially in the current climent of lockdown and isolation).
I have started to see if I could make small head shot patterns of my favorite villagers in Animal Crossing.
Starting with my #1 gal, Apple! I tried to simply the colours slightly and I finessed it based off the original picture I had as reference. I ❤ her!
You can download the pattern here if you want to give it a try!
Let me know what you think, would you be interested in picking one up of your favourite villager?
Are there other Animal Crossing / Cross Stitch lovers out there?!
I want to open this blog by saying that I have started a 2020 mini book review thread on my Twitter, feel free to check it out here.
I’ve had this in my collection for quite some time now, both physical and kindle version. Most of my book reading friends told me to jump on it as I would love it and I’m so gutted I put it off for so long. I really enjoyed Annihilation, the twists and turns, the setting, the characters – it was such an intense short read. I am now going to pick up the rest of the books in the series!
Revenge was right up my street – it was short, crazy and dark in places. The world of Revenge is a bunch of short stories which intertwine within each other, and although they’re short stories it does still feel like this book has a beginning, middle and end. I was thoroughly gripped in every page and have now wishlisted a bunch of Yoko Ogawa books as I adored the writing of this book.
I only read 2 books in Feb due to it being crazy with big family birthdays, leaving my current job AND I’m midway through two books I’ll be popping full reviews up for 🙂
What did you read in Feb?
